Hello everyone! I’m Luciene Santos, owner of LS Cleaning Service. I started out as a solo cleaner, but due to the positive feedback from our clients, they often recommended our services to their families and friends. This resulted in growth and the formation of a company where we share a commitment to creating clean and comfortable environments in our clients’ homes. Our cleaning services span Monmouth and Ocean counties and cover both commercial and residential properties.
Our goal is to support busy families, allowing them to focus on what really matters: keeping a clean and organized home. At LS Cleaning Service, we provide excellent service, ensuring that our clients enjoy a peaceful and welcoming space

We make a concerted effort to provide consistency in our cleaning services by planning the routes and service areas of our teams in a manner that ensure you receive the same personnel during each visit of your recurring cleaning service. In the event that any changes to our personnel are necessary, we will always provide advance notice to our valued customers to minimize any potential inconvenience.
As a company, We greatly value the contributions of our customers in meeting the demand for our cleaning services and maintaining an adequate level of staffing. Therefore, we kindly request that any cancellations of scheduled appointments be communicated to us no lees than one week prior to the intended date. We recognize that unforeseeable circumstances may occur, and in such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute changes due to exceptional situations. If such a situation arises, we urge you to contact us promptly, so that we may collaborate on a mutually beneficial solution.
Payment is due on the day of service with no exceptions and can be made in cash, check, or bank transfer. We can work out a different payment arrangement based on your needs, as long as it is discussed and agreed upon prior to the cleaning service day
No. We only ask for seven days’ notice prior to your scheduled cleaning date if you need to pause services.
